Registration fees of participants of the first two categories include: Proceedings, Gala Dinner, coffee breaks and light lunches.
For a presentation to be included in the scientific programme, at least one of the authors of each Extended Abstract should be registered to the Congress, by the 30th April 2019. Each presentation requires at least one registration and the same registration cannot be used for another presentation. In case a participant wishes to present a second paper an additional charge of 150 € is required.

Institutional Fees

Each Institution (university, organisation, institute, research centre, ministry, public agency, company, NGO etc) is eligible for 20% reduction of the fees of its participants, provided that it participates in the Congress with five or more participants (not counting the students and accompanying persons for which special rates have been set). To achieve reduced fees an institution has to inform the organisers directly giving the list of its participants and paying the total (reduced) amount for all its participants.


Fees of Accompanying Persons

The fee of accompanying persons covers only the participation in the Gala dinner or other similar events (e.g. reception) available to all participants. Coffee breaks and daily lunches are not covered. The participation of the accompanying persons to other social events, such as guided tours and excursions, will be possible at an additional low cost.


Fees for students and 1-Day participation

Registration fees for students and one-day participation includes proceedings, coffee breaks and light lunches. For those who wish to participate in the Gala Dinner an extra charge of 35 Euros is imposed.


Registration Cancellation and Refund

Cancelation requests must be made via email to the Congress secretariat (
For cancellations made by January 31, 2019, a full refund of the registration fee will be issued. A 50% refund of the registration fee will be issued for cancellations made by April 30, 2019. No refunds will be issued for cancellations occurring after April 30, 2019.
Refunds will be issued by SEEMAN Environmental which is responsible for the financial management of the Congress.
